Brenda Voisard, Ph.D. has been with Intermountain Healthcare for 17 years, and currently serves as Career and Student Programs Manager for the system.   Her team is part of the Office of Equity and Inclusion, and provides both one-on-one career counseling for employees and runs programs and workshops to facilitate career growth and help employees overcome career barriers; as well as facilitates the 9000 or so students who come to Intermountain for learning experiences each year.  Brenda is a counseling psychologist by training and serves on a number of boards in the community, working to enhance the healthcare career pipeline, from young students to people returning to work through DWS.  She has been married to her wife for 34 years, and her favorite authors are Willa Cather (pioneer fiction writer) and Loren Eiseley (anthropologist and essayist).
